Beagooddad and I grew up in a great neighborhood where the trick or treating was crazy. We would come home with more candy than we knew what to do with. Beagoodmamaw and beagoodpapaw would sometimes need to make an executive decision to “tax” our sugary income to give to the other neighborhood kids instead of turning our lights off after passing out truckloads of candy that they bought. Sometimes it really does take a village…LOL!
This is not a sad story…we had pillowcases full of sweet treats left over!
BTW - Feeling much better and I’ll be stopping by for the trick or treat mania on Friday. Love ya!
