This is a new thing for Giggles. She is walking well now, so she can finally get where she wants to be.
She likes to go and sit places. She sits on the fireplace hearth. She sits on the potty we keep out for our Thurs/Fri playdate friend. She sits on pillows. She sits on boxes. She even sits on chairs. Yesterday, she found the nonslip pad we use in her high chair, to keep her from sliding out of it. She carefully carried it to the art table and set it on a little black art chair. Then she carefully manuevered into the seat, very proud of herself.

Gig == totally BUSTED.
She was doing that with the nonslip pad on saturday as well. Pretty smart. She has figured out it keeps her in her chair better. Unfortunately when she tries to sit on it the pad often slips away. That just gives her more work because, she will have to fuss with it until she can get it to stay under her.
