Giggles in her caaaaaaaaaahhhh. That’s pronounced as they might do it in Bahston. Boy, she loves that caaaaahhhhhhh.
You know what’s awesome? Getting to the park and finding a giant hole someone already dug in the sand and then just abandoned like they did not know how cool it was! Yeah!
You know what else is awesome? When your mom lets you lift your sister out of the slide! Cuz’ you’re such a big kid! Yeah!

Ok, if I can just get all Maternal here for a second. Let me tell you what this is a picture of. This is a picture of Pookie (and Giggles and Geetle, just out of frame) eating Strawberry Cookies at a Church Festival. Whoopee. Right? Wrong! Guess who bought those cookies? Pookie did! I bought a bag and the kids ate them up. Pookie wanted more, so I told him he had to go buy them himself. I gave him a dollar and told him to go to the bake sale table, get the cookies and give the dollar to the lady in the green shirt. Now, granted, he did try to give the dollar to several different ladies crowded around the table, until someone helped him get the green-shirt lady’s attention, but he did make this transaction all by himself while I watched from our table. Church Bake Sales! The perfect place to practice the “buying things” lifeskill! Church ladies are much nicer than clerks at Walmart anyway.
