Lots of rain on Friday, and I technically had to work, so we just ran out to one Garage Sale between lunch and when the babysitter arrived. It happened to be at Geetle’s old preschool. They had closed up, because of the rain, but they let us inside to poke around, because they like us.
I got Giggles some cute fall clothes. The price was good, $1 a piece. And we always like to support Geetle’s old preschool (and maybe Giggles’ future preschool). Its usually no stretch to find something at their garage sale. Last year we got a bunch of toys and bibs for Giggles. This year, Geetle found a few books that she did not have. (That’s how she phrased it. She really does have a lot of books and I think it surprises her when she sees one she does not have.) I think they are all Franklin, the turtle. She started reading right when we got home.

I also got a khaki brown boys dress shirt. It will either be Giggles’ new paint smock or I might try to make it into a dress by using this tutorial. It might be a bit small for the tutorial. If so, its just right for an art smock.
