This machine (Dr. Whippy) evaluates your mood and then gives you the correct amount of ice cream in order to correct it. Genius. But if your what if your mood is “Gosh, I wish I was not so reliant on food to make me happy; it makes me sad.” You would get a large scoop and feel horrible. Or what if your mood is “Yippee! I read about this machine on www.beagoodmom.com! Its going to give me ice cream!” Then you are already so happy that you would get a tiny scoop.
But then again, BAGD told me that someone made up a chess program that NO ONE can beat, the best thing you can hope for is a tie game. (This new game is supposed to be smarter than the one Garry Kasparov beat in the 1990’s.). So maybe this ice cream machine can outsmart your emotions and would know what to do in the above situations.

The program that I mentioned was one that could not lose in checkers. It will take a while before they come up with something that good for chess.
That ice cream machine is great. When I get the stress induced ice cream cravings, that machine could make sure I get the proper dosage to handle the situation.
If you want ice cream just bring Geetle and Pookie to see Papaw. That will pretty much assure you of ice cream.
