A good made-up game for preschoolers

by beagoodmom on February 8, 2010

Giggles and I like to play Twister. We have our own rules, we like to think we made it better.

I lay on the floor next to the Twister mat and yell out things like:

Put your hand on green!
Jump on blue!
Put your ear on yellow!
Go to sleep on red!
Kiss the blue!
Put 2 feet on the green!
Put your hair on red!

She laughs and follows my commands. She usually ends up rolling on the mat and acting all silly. But first we have practiced colors, body parts and following directions all in one fun game. Not bad.
