I *might* be getting a new car.
As BAGD says, I am getting it “sometime between 3 days and 3 years from now.”
I am not usually one to drool over cars. But, I have a real thing for the Mazda 5. I like that it sort of looks like a minivan, but with a kick. If it were a shoe, it would be a black sneaker with flames!
The Mazda 5 has 3 rows, 2 seats in each. Our current Mazda MPV seats 7, but we can sacrifice one seat. I really want 3 rows, however. Call it an “Autism Assistive Device” but that 3rd row is important for Pookie’s happiness in the car. He really cannot sit squeezed next to 2 other kids in a backseat. He is fine sitting in our current 3rd row with Geetle, but there is an empty seat between them. He needs that elbow-room. Right now, he and Geetle sit in the 3rd row, and Giggles sits alone in the second row. But, its always nice to have options for different seating arrangements.
Here is my list of Pros and Cons for the Mazda 5:
Pros:
1. Costs $18k!
2. I want it.
Cons:
1. Costs $18k!
2. Very small trunk.
Check back in 3 days to 3 years to see if I actually get one or not.
