No, we were not concerned about his hearing. The boy can hear a M&M bag torn being torn open in the next room. The point is that he passed the test *at school*. That means he took the test, understood the directions and performed correctly!
Last year, he refused and did not understand the directions. So, we had to take him to a special Hearing Center where he was tested in a sound proof booth with special audio equipment. This year, he took the test at school, just like everyone else. He wore the funny brown headphones, listened for the beep and raised his hand each time he heard it! He’s a genius!

The great part about this accomplishment is that we were waiting outside, playing and Pookie ran in to go to the bathroom. I am so excited about all of his recent milestones. Great Job!!!!
